Green Wall research

Biotecture Ltd who build green walls and in fact worked with Indoor Garden Design to create their wall at The Landscape Show and Chelsea earlier this year, are busy with several green walls.

Here’s what they say, “We are currently replacing the failed green wall (by others!) at New Street Square in Holborn, for Land Securities.

“We are also working with Transport for London (TfL) on a research program to test the effectiveness of green walls for pollution mitigation. A 200m2 wall at Edgware Road Tube Station (pictured) will be monitored and the different species checked for the amounts of particulate matter accumulated.”
