A Letter from Christine Mills...

Following her receipt of the eFIG Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2010 eFIG Awards, Christine Mills would like to thank everyone for their support. She has sent us the following letter:

Dear efig members

I would like to take this opportunity in thanking you all for the most unexpected award given to me on Thursday evening, I have to say this was one of the very few times when
I was lost for words!! and thank Tom for his personal invitation from efig.

I have over the years had the privilege of working with so many great people in our industry way back in the late 70's starting with Alan Cornford - Nina Lockyer - Steve Atrill and Mathew Dickinson at A.C.Rentaplant who was in many people's opinion the god father of our industry.

I know I shall over the coming weeks after 33 years be experiencing withdrawal symptoms, however I do look forward to spending time with my husband who has been very patient with me since he retired 3 years ago.
